Travel plan
- Day 1: Arrival to tbilisi at 15:00, Tbilisi city tour, exploring old Tbilisi area and Holy Trinity Church. Transfer to the hotel. ( Hotel suggestions: Heritage hotel and suites or Clocks hotel )
- Day 2: Going in Kakheti, Stopping by for wine tasting, then Georgian traditional snack “Churchkhela” tasting, Georgian bread making, then we go for Signaghi, city of love ( It is on the way ) and going to Kvareli, visiting local family for the wine tasting. Overnight in Tbilisi. ( Hotel suggestions: Heritage hotel and suites or Clocks hotel ) Day 3 – going to Kazbegi, on the way visiting ancient capital Mtskheta, Jvari monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Then continue driving to Jinvali water dam, Ananuri fortress, Gudauri peace monument, Overnight in Kazbegi. ( Rooms hotel / Intourist Hotel / Local Guest house )
- Day 3: Going to Kazbegi, on the way visiting ancient capital Mtskheta, Jvari monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Then continue driving to Jinvali water dam, Ananuri fortress, Gudauri peace monument, Overnight in Kazbegi. ( Rooms hotel / Intourist Hotel / Local Guest house )
- Day 4: Going for Gergeti trinity Church by 4x4 wheel drive, then going to Gveleti waterfall and continue driving to Dariali monastery, nearby to Russian border, you will have option to have monastery wine tasting here and come back to the hotel. ( Rooms hotel / Intourist Hotel / Local Guest house )
- Day 5: Transfer in Kutaisi, on the way you can visit Uplistsikhe cave twon and Stalin’s Museum if you are interested and arrive in Kutaisi. 24th of September – Going for Kutaisi, Prometheus cave, Martvili canyon and Bagrati Cathedral. overnight in Tbilisi. ( Suggested hotels : Grand Opera / Kutaisi Inn / Guests house) 85$
- Day 6: Dashbashi Canyon and overnight in Tbilisi.
