Discover the Heart of Georgia: A 4-Day Journey Through Timeless Traditions and Breathtaking Landscapes
Embark on an unforgettable journey through the captivating landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Georgia. This 4-day itinerary will take you on a whirlwind adventure, from the bustling streets of Tbilisi to the serene beauty of the countryside.
Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi, having Old Tbilisi city tour and transfer to the Hotel.
Day 2: Next day we will go to to Kazbegi, visiting Jinvali water dam, Ananuri fortress, Gudauri peace monument, Gergeti trinity church and Gveleti waterfalls. Overnight in Tbilsi.
Day 3: Going in Kakheti, Stopping by for KTW wine tasting, then Georgian traditional snack “Churchkhela” tasting, then Georgian bread making. Next destination will be Signaghi, city of love and going to Kvareli, visiting local family for the wine tasting and Dinner ( They make wine in Kvevri, ancient traditional winemaking technology ) and overnight in the the hotel “Chateu Kvareli”.
Day 4: Mtskheta old capital city tour, visiting Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and transfer to the airport.
Travel plan
- Day 1: Transfer from the airport - Metekhi Church - Europe Square – Cable car – Mother of Georgia – Bridge of Peace – Sioni Cathedral – Shardeni Street – Meidan Square – Sulfur bath area. – Transfer to the hotel.
- Day 2: Jinvali Water Dam - Ananuri fortress – New Gudauri for Snow activities.
- Day 3: Starting with Wine tasting – Georgian traditional snack „ Churchkhela „ Tasting – Georgian bread baking – Bodbe monastery – Signaghi ( City of Love )
- Day 4: Jvari Monastery - Svetitskhoveli Cathedral – Transfer to the airport.
